Thanks to this book...I have lost four pounds this past week on my Vegan Journey. It has not been as hard as I had thought to give up meat. Also with the girls motivating me with our biggest loser contest at work...it makes it easier for me to stay accountable with my tasks....My goal for this week is four more pounds...Let's see if I can do it...!!!!!

Updates...Updates

I am now at 246 Here are progress pics....I gained five back since August...but the inches are gone....Not much difference with weight but I guess since working out muscle weighs more so there is a difference in how my clothes fit and I see differences....

I read this somewhere today and wanted to share...

it was a statement a guy made in a forum...something his doctor told him

Being overweight is like having a dead twin you carry around with you all the time-you are sharing a single heart, same lungs and kidneys...it is hard to lose part of yourself, but the extra lbs you carry is truly dead weight.

Guess its time to get the surgery (excercise & Diet) to get the twin seperated ...I do believe so!!!
